The person behind every arrival
As a Dispatcher with Summit School Services, you play a key role in keeping our drivers, routes, and daily operations running smoothly. You’ll coordinate drivers and bus assistants, assign vehicles, and ensure every route, field trip, and charter is covered. Drivers will count on you to help solve problems as they arise, whether it's a mechanical issue, an unexpected delay, or getting a route back on schedule. You’ll stay in regular contact with drivers by radio, assist with directions, and help keep schools and families informed along the way.
This is a full-time role with various start times to support our daily operations, making it an important part of keeping our team running smoothly. If you're bilingual, your language skills will also be an asset in supporting the communities we serve.

Bring your communication skills to our team
We welcome experienced drivers from all backgrounds, including charter and transit drivers, veterans, and other CDL-S license holders looking for their next adventure. If you have three or more years of driving experience, are at least 21 years old (25 in Tennessee), and enjoy meeting new people and exploring new places, there’s a route for you on our team. As a Motor Coach Driver, you’ll receive competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package.
